Irresistible Me {Professional straightening brush}

Hello my beautiful readers! Speaking of beauty, I’m all about finding new products to help make getting ready for the day as easy yet still as fabulous as possible. With that being said, I’m excited to share my collaboration with Irresistible Me  giving my honest opinion and review on their professional straightening brush, the Jade Hair Straightening Ceramic-Tourmaline Brush.

Let me start out by saying I have extremely THICK hair. I’m used to hair dressers complaining and joking about me giving them their arm work out for the day as they blow dry my hair for what seems like an hour or the biggest challenge, finding a way to keep an up-do actually UP. So naturally when contacted by Irresistible Me I was hesitant as I’m pretty particular on what tools I use and at age 25 I’ve figured out what works and what doesn’t. Though always eager to try new products & brands I decided to give it a try.

When this pretty little package arrived on my front porch I was excited to test it out right away. As I always say, “it’s all in the details” and I truly appreciated the detail that went into the beautiful packaging.

Here is my hair before I started the styling process, fresh off a night of slept on curled hair.

Being used to clamping an iron together it was a little odd using the brush at first but I quickly got the hang of it and was impressed at how easy it was and how few strokes were needed to straighten.

With my thick hair I’m never going to have the super sleek model status straight hair {trust me I’ve tried everything}. Overall I’m very impressed with the Jade Hair Straightening Ceramic-Tourmaline Brush. It heats up super fast and is very convenient as it works fast and doesn’t require much time to get the desired look. Not only did I initially straighten my hair from a curled style but I also think the Jade Brush is the ideal  hot tool for styling and touch ups on the go. I definitely love using this tool for touch up’s after the gym or after work before going out for the night. One of my favorite features of this straightener is the auto shut off function. There’s no way I’m the only one out there that gets to work and thinks to myself “oh my god, did I turn my straightener off!? THE DOGS!!” Then call my husband and pray he hasn’t left yet so he can go check.
