Master Bedroom Escape + New Fav Spa Products

I’m so excited to reveal a little corner of our master bedroom with y’all today. Our master has been a lonnnggg work in progress. For whatever reason it’s just been one of those rooms that I put at the bottom of my priority list which in retrospect makes zero sense. being that it’s the room you start and  your day in, therefore making it one of the most important room’s in your home. I will eventually share the other two walls with y’all once complete but for now this will have to do ;).

As you may have seen on my Instagram, I went to The Elm’s Hotel and Spa over the weekend with my mom and bestie. We spent the day getting pampered with an hour massage, a facial, mani/pedi, and spent time in their signature grotto. The grotto is what The Elm’s is known for and it did not disappoint. Keep your scroll to read more on the three products I could not leave that place without!

aren’t my sweet blogger dogs so cute!? Brinkley is our golden doodle and Brantley is the black gordon setter/retrieve mix – they are seriously my life, love them. okay, okay, anyways – i am someone who likes to switch my bedding up quite often. I For sure change it up once a season, sometimes even twice and find a lot of my bedding and blankets from target, homegoods, tj maxx, or online.  my current pink linen quilt is from target and is the perfect weight for the hot summer months upon us. guys, it’s already in the mid 90’s here in Kansas city – it’s going to be a long summer. I always add a king size fleece blanket to match the bedding and in my opinion no bed is complete with out a couple faux fur throws like this one you see on my bed in the above photos or this one in pink is super cute too. i also use this silk pillowcase by slip which i love so much. it not only keeps my pillow cool but helps keep facial sleep lines to a MINIMUM along with hair crease lines.

i bought these end tables from wayfair and not going to lie I was pretty DISAPPOINTED when I opened the box to find they were more of a brown bronze rather than my usual yellow gold I tend to buy. however, I kept them and they’ve grown on me quite well. i’m always switching up the table top decor around my house including my night stand. a candles, fashion books, picture frames are always thrown in the mix.

{sothys paris spa products}

when RECEIVING my facial last weekend i was PLEASANTLY impressed and in love with the aroma coming from the products that were being used on my skin. the esthetician shared with me she was using all sothys products. sothys is a french skin care brand {of course I loved it} here’s what you should know about this new brand I’m obsessing over.

‘Sothys is an expert skin care brand based in Paris that specializes in high performance home treatments developed by sophisticated laboratories. It is sold exclusively within beauty institutes and spas and includes a complete range of products, including lotion, creams, serums, sun treatments, and makeup. The brand prides itself on its ability to maintain its professional identity while offering astonishing new solutions in the constantly evolving beauty world. They respond to all skin problems in a targeted, specially formulated way, offering complete programs and new concepts to improve effectiveness and overall well-being.’

The scent of their products seriously smells of luxury, french roses to be exact. I loved the vitality cleansing milk, the 3HA Hydra-Nourishing Mask,  and the 3HA Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Cream. I have dry skin so the cream cleanser and hyaluronic acid do major dream work for my skin. You can review all of the different products they offer for different skin types on their website here.

lastly, these sugar scrubs seriously smell so good. they’re by cabana bay and have great salt lake trace minerals in them. the sugar glow scrub is a great product to exfloiate with pre spray tan {did you catch my sunless tanning post this week here}.the creamy scrub smells auhmazing and leaves your skin feeling so soft, I love them both. i can’t seem to find either of them located online for purchase anywhere 🙁 but they were too good not to share, you must buy them if you ever come across them while out and about.

xoxo,
