friyay-favorites

Happy FRIYAY friends!! I hope y’all had the most fabulous week and it continues into your weekend. I do have to say I’m not at all looking forward to setting the clock back an hour and for it to start getting dark so early, not my vibe!  Though I am excited for that one little extra hour of sleep before headed into Monday. I seriously can’t believe there is only EIGHT weeks left in 2016 and a busy eight weeks at that! This is one of my favorite times of the year with all the holiday festivities, decorations, and gatherings with dear family and friends. Because of my love for the season this weeks Friyay Favorite round up is a holiday edition! Scroll below for all my seasonal favorites!!

{ Favorite Holiday Trend }

Tis the season for all things sparkly, sequin, beaded, and currently back from the 90’s VELVET!! Look out for a full blog post on this topic coming soon!

{ Favorite Holiday Wrapping }

There’s nothing I love more than the details! Target has the best selection in gift wrapping pretty much year around but during the holiday season they really step up their game. The gorgeous designs with the gold trimming is so perfect.

{ Favorite Holiday Cocktail }

This rosemary infused citrus and cranberry holiday pop cocktail from Fork Knife Swoon looks so delicious!

{ Favorite Holiday Decor }

It’s all about a white (and gold – duh) Christmas at my house! From the lights on the house, wreath on the front door, to all the knick knacks around the house it’s my go to color scheme. The only thing green is the Christmas tree & the garland, lots and lots of garland! My favorite places to shop for holiday decor is Target, Homegoods, TJ Maxx, Hobby Lobby, and Anthrpologie.

{ Favorite Holiday Movie }

I couldn’t pick just one! Classics like ELF, Prancer, and Home Alone are a given. But one of  my favorites  that isn’t as well know is ‘While you were Sleeping’ a  1995 romantic comedy staring the amazing Sandra Bullock, it’s just the cutest movie. Right there in the romantic comedy section is also the movie ‘You’ve Got Mail’ staring Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks, it’s a classic. Not really a Christmas movie but it just gives me that warm comfy feeling inside and I love watching it around this time of the year. After all, it is the movie which inspired our golden doodles name, Brinkley.

{ Favorite Holiday Pajamas }

Stay cozy and warm all season in holiday themed pajamas! Victoria Secret has some of the cutest sets that just delivered!

{ Favorite Christmas Ornaments }

West Elm has the sweetest little ornaments I ever did see. I love the whimsical vibe and of course all the gold accents I could ever dream of!
