Wedding Wednesday: What I gave my Bridesmaids

As we near the end of wedding season (it went so fast!) I wanted to share what I gave each of my bridesmaids on our wedding day. These four girls are so dear to my heart and mean the world to me. From the bridal shower to the bachlorette party and then of course the big day, these girls were right by my side the whole way. I wanted to do something special to let them know just how much they mean to me and how lucky I was to have them with me on such a big day in my life.

From a necklace and earrings to wear on the wedding day to a robe for getting ready, this is what I gave to each of my bridesmaids…

I found these adorable cotton floral robes on Etsy. This shop offers a wide selection of colors and prints to choose from. I loved the natural linen base color with the peachy flowers and greenery.

I gave each one of my girls a yellow gold coordinates bar necklace. I love the delicateness of this necklace and the fact that I could personalize each piece and make it special. For my two long time gal pals, my MOH Ashley and BM Rachel, I chose to do the coordinates of their parents homes. Their parents homes are dear to them for obvious reasons but it’s also where I spent so much of my time with them growing up and becoming the closest of friends. Sam and I became fast friends in college and then lived together in Shawnee afterwards, the coordinates of our house together in Shawnee is what I chose for her necklace. For my wild child gal pal Katelyn I chose the coordinates of the small town we attended college in. This was where we worked together for years and became such great friends.

I gave each bridesmaid a different yet cohesive pair of gold plated crystal earrings. Subtle necklace check statement earring check.

I wanted the girls to have a nostalgic tie back to the wedding. When it’s not your own wedding you don’t typically hear a song and get flooded with memories and emotions. I gave each bridesmaid a ‘Daisy’ by Marc Jacobs rollerball fragrance in hopes that each time they put it on after the wedding they would think of the day and the fun we had together leading up to the night.

I wanted to do something extra special for my MOH/Bestie Ashley. We’ve been best friends for fifteen years and I can’t imagine doing life without her. She went over and beyond for me during the entire process and I’m so very lucky to have her right by my side. Not only for my wedding, but for life. This Michael Kors Kempton Nylon tote was perfect for Ashley, it’s right up her style ally.

I hope y’all got some inspiration from my bridesmaid gift guide. Don’t forget to spoil your girls and let them know how much they mean to you on your  big day!
